I. Basic Requirements

1. Education & Major

Diploma degree or above in International Trade, Logistics Management, Customs Affairs, Law, or related fields.

Customs‑related professional certificates are preferred.

2. Work Experience

Minimum 5 years in customs, customs declaration, or international logistics, including 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

Experience in freight forwarding or supply chain customs operations preferred.

II. Core Competencies 1. Professional Skills

Strong expertise in import/export declaration, inspection, duties, and trade compliance.

Familiar with Indonesian customs regulations and trade agreements (RCEP, ITA).

Able to handle special cargo (DG, cold chain, bonded) and manage customs audits/disputes independently.

2. Compliance & Risk Control

Strong compliance awareness and ability to build customs risk‑control procedures.

Experienced in customs valuation, HS classification, and origin verification.

3. Leadership & Process Management

Able to lead customs teams and coordinate declaration, documentation, and customer service functions.

Skilled in optimizing clearance processes and controlling costs.

4. Technical Capability

Proficient in customs systems and able to drive digitalization to improve accuracy and efficiency.

III. Soft Skills Effective communication with customs and government authorities.

Strong problem‑solving skills for complex or urgent customs issues.

Detail‑oriented, high responsibility, able to work under pressure.

Fluent in Chinese (spoken).

IV. Preferred Qualifications Background or connections with customs/quarantine authorities.

Good English, able to handle English documents and overseas communication.

V. Key Responsibilities Lead customs strategy, process optimization, and team management.

Ensure clearance efficiency and maintain compliance rate ≥99%.

Handle major customs issues (inspections, detentions, penalties).

Train team members and update procedures based on policy changes.

Maintain strong relationships with customs and government agencies.
