Key Responsibilities

Manage weekly and term-based class schedules for students aged 4–15.

Match teachers and students efficiently based on availability and level.

Handle schedule changes and urgent adjustments smoothly.

Lead teacher onboarding—from documentation to training and classroom readiness.

Create clear SOPs and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure effective onboarding.

Plan and execute regular teacher training and development programs.

Analyze feedback and performance data to drive teacher growth.

Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement in teaching quality.

Monitor class delivery and student engagement.

Address real‑time class issues with teachers and parent teams.

Build systems to gather and act on feedback from students, parents, and teachers.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years in academic operations, teacher management, or education program delivery.

Strong project management and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Independent and proactive in fast‑paced environments.

Bonus: Experience in early childhood (ages 4–15) or EdTech, with a background in music education or work at a music school.
