Accounting Specialist

About the Role

XEXYMIX Indonesia is looking for an

Accounting & Tax Staff (Import–Export)

to support our financial operations, tax compliance, and import–export workflow. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely reporting, and smooth coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting tasks: journal entries, AP/AR, reconciliation

Prepare monthly financial reports & supporting schedules

Verify vendor invoices, payments, and cost allocations

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations

Coordinate with finance, logistics, procurement, and external partners

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance

2–3 years experience in accounting or tax (import–export experience preferred)

Strong understanding of basic accounting & Indonesian tax rules

Skilled in Excel (lookup, pivot) and accounting systems

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and deadline-driven

Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods is a plus
