HR Manager. Job Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of Human Resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation & benefits. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s business objectives. Communicate with HQ Japan and update the regulation based on their request. Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues, labor law compliance, and organizational development. Establish and manage employee performance evaluation systems, and develop training and career development programs to enhance workforce capability. Drive initiatives that foster a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace culture. Prepare and monitor HR budgets, reports, and workforce planning to support business needs. Other related task also assigned. Job Requirements

Have working as HR manager more than 5 years. Have Japanese company experience and communicate with HQ Japan. Have good English skills (high conversation, business). Stable career. [Only CV in English will be processed]
