Job Description
User Support : Provide technical assistance to end-users for application-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems.
Incident Management : Log, track, and resolve application incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
System Monitoring : Monitor application performance, availability, and health; proactively identify and address potential issues.
Configuration & Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance, updates, and configuration changes to applications as required.
Documentation : Create and maintain user guides, troubleshooting steps, and support documentation.
Collaboration : Work with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex issues and implement improvements.
Testing : Assist with application testing, including new releases, patches, and upgrades.
Reporting : Generate and analyze reports on application usage, incidents, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Information System/Informatics engineering or other relevant IT major
Minimal 3 years of experience in handling data warehouse
Possesses analytical skills and the ability to investigate the source of a problem across several different systems if required
Having good knowledge of Oracle DB, MSSQL Server, & DB2
Capable in query using TOAD, PLSQL, Microsoft SQL Server DBMS, including SSIS, SSRS and SSAS
Proficient in written and verbal English conversation
Proficient knowledge flow process insurance
Having familiar knowledge in Ebao Application
