Financial Analyst (Business Performance/Controller)

Financial Analyst (Business Performance/Controller) Position will report directly to the CFO and play a key role in providing strategic financial insights, performance monitoring, and analytical support to the management.

Key Responsibilities

Perform financial controlling activities, including budget control, variance analysis, cost monitoring, and financial risk identification.

Analyze profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to generate actionable insights and recommendations for management.

Forecast and monitor trends in financial performance and key business indicators to support data-driven decision-making.

Conduct in-depth economic and financial analysis, including evaluation of rates of return, depreciation, capital investments, and overall business performance.

Develop, enhance, and maintain comprehensive financial models to perform scenario analysis and "what-if" simulations for strategic and operational planning, including reviewing, refining, and adjusting existing financial models to align with changing business conditions and assumptions.

Monitor overall business performance to ensure alignment with financial targets and company strategy.

Support financial planning and budgeting processes through economic trend analysis and progression studies.

Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and executive management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support key business initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role.

Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, forecasting, valuation techniques, and financial control processes.

Proven experience in financial controlling, budget monitoring, variance analysis, and business performance management.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.

Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Proven experience in directly reporting to Directors or C-level executives (such as CFO) and supporting executive-level decision-making is highly preferred.
