Field Service Engineer

Requirements Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field. Over 5 years working experience as Field Service Engineer, handling IVD products (Hematology, Chemistry, Immunoassay). Intermediate English speaking and writing skills. Proficient at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably experienced in SAP operation. Domicile in Jakarta.

Responsibilities Provide services including installation, troubleshooting, etc. as per customer’s request. Handle and follow up customers complaints through phone, mail or other in timely and effective manner. Ensure customer’s

revenue from distributors, end users for service contract, spare parts, labor service, upgrade, etc. Coordinate with distributors and other related departments to follow up complicated problems as well as big projects.
