Job Description
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organizational
Bridge management and employee relations
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Manage the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Job Requirements:
Proven working experience as HR Manager for more than 3 years
People-oriented and results-driven
Have the experience to manage end to end HR business process
Willing to travel to all Business Unit
