Head of Warehouse for ChaTraMue

Responsibilities Lead all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution to outlets. Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and monthly stock opname. Manage warehouse layout to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with F&B standards. Supervise loading–unloading processes, inbound/outbound deliveries, and supplier receiving. Maintain product quality standards including seal condition, temperature control, and shelf-life checks. Develop and supervise warehouse staff: scheduling, SOP implementation, and work discipline. Coordinate with Operations and Procurement regarding stock requirements and forecasting. Control warehouse-related costs (shrinkage, damage, operational efficiency).

Requirements Preferably have experience in F&B industry. Able to lead a team and manage high-volume operations. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure. Proficient in Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS is a plus). Willing to work on-site and handle physical warehouse activities.
