Client Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities

Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, and engaging top talents.

Manage candidate databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on potential candidates.

Understand the candidates' needs, skills, and career aspirations to offer suitable job opportunities.

Identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the recruitment and sponsorship space.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.

Resolve client issues and provide solutions that align with business goals.

Promote and sell our recruitment services to potential candidates, highlighting the benefits and career opportunities.

Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications

Proven 1 year experience in recruitment, preferably within a sales or service-based industry.

Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with candidates and clients.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Willingness to work on-site in Denpasar, Bali.
