Landscape Architect

We are seeking a vibrant and dynamic Landscape Designer Architect to join our team of 11. The ideal candidate will be a passionate individual with strong teamwork abilities and a drive to push design boundaries. The role will involve oversight directly to the Design Director.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement architectural designs for projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.

Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and documents.

Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with designs.

Research and incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative solutions.

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.

At least 4 years of experience in an Architectural or Landscape Design firm.

Good understanding of the design process and details.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Brings creative insight and innovative ideas to design projects, aligning with company standards.

Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues.

Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability principles.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, and preferably Lumion.

Rendering and English speaking skills are required.
