Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Sumbawa for a Supervisor at Tropical Beach Resort Sumbawa. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and support effective communication among team members. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, implementing operational strategies, maintaining service standards, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly. The Supervisor will also assist in scheduling and training employees to ensure efficient workflow and smooth operations.

Leadership, team management, and mentoring skills to guide staff effectively Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving to ensure guest satisfaction Communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and address client needs Organizational and time-management skills to oversee operations and meet deadlines Adaptability and decision-making abilities to handle challenges in a dynamic environment Experience in hospitality, resort management, or a related field is a strong advantage Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
