IT Business Partner/Product Manager (Healthcare & Enterprise Core)
We are looking for an
IT Business Partner (ITBP) / Product Manager
with a strong bias towards
operational efficiency, data integrity, and core enterprise systems . This role sits at the heart of our
Healthcare Business Unit (Diabetes Clinics)
and
Shared Enterprise Platforms , ensuring that critical systems run reliably, compliantly, and in alignment with business priorities.
You will own and orchestrate
mission-critical platforms
such as
Healthcare Information Systems (HIS)
and
ERP , while acting as the strategic bridge between
business stakeholders and engineering teams . This is a high-trust role where
precision, governance, and accountability
matter as much as delivery.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Own the
stability, quality, and integration
of mission-critical systems, including
HIS and ERP , with a strong focus on
data integrity, uptime, and regulatory compliance .
Ensure core platforms are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and aligned with the company’s
IT blueprint and operational priorities .
Act as the
primary interface
between Healthcare BU, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Business teams with
Engineering and Technology .
Mediate priorities, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across stakeholders with competing objectives.
Translate diverse stakeholder needs (clinical workflows, finance, HR, marketing) into
clear, structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) .
Ensure requirements are
accurate, traceable, and governance-compliant , particularly for healthcare data and medical records.
Support the operation of
Project Management tools , ensuring project tracking, milestones, and budgets are
transparent, auditable, and well-controlled .
Provide reliable project and budget status reporting for leadership review.
Act as a key contributor to
cross-unit governance initiatives , supporting the Head of ITBP in strategic execution and enterprise alignment.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years’ experience
in
IT Business Partnering, Product Management, Business Analysis, or IT Consulting , ideally within
Healthcare IT, ERP, or Enterprise Systems .
Solid understanding of
clinical workflows , including
patient journeys and medical record management .
Hands-on experience working with
ERP systems
(e.g. SAP, Oracle, ERPNext, or custom-built solutions) and
cross-system data integration .
High integrity and attention to detail : Able to safeguard healthcare data and maintain compliance in highly regulated environments.
Strong business acumen : Skilled at analysing enterprise processes, identifying inefficiencies, and addressing operational bottlenecks.
Executive-level communication : Comfortable presenting
mission-critical project updates
to senior and C-level stakeholders with clarity and risk awareness.
Resilient under pressure : Capable of operating effectively in complex system landscapes with tight deadlines and organisation-wide impact.
