Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the energy or mining market to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities, providing recommendations to strengthen partnerships and drive expansion. Analyze industry data and insights to improve business processes. Develop strategies to explore new markets, understand consumer preferences, and predict industry shifts. Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, improve customer experience, and drive business growth to adapt to regional preferences. Evaluate the feasibility and potential return on investment of new market opportunities, considering market demand and competitive landscape. Analyze purchasing patterns and customer journeys to identify insights that will improve product targeting and customer engagement. Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a consultant or business consultant focusing on mining/energy sectors. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Statistics, or Marketing. Minimum GPA of 3.25. Proficient understanding of the structure and clearing processes of equity markets. Attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, strong strategic and analytical thinking, strong market research skills, and ability to learn quickly. Familiarity with data analysis software, programming languages, and data visualization tools is a plus. Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence. Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
