Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead the growth of our portfolio clients in the Indonesian market through social commerce. This role sits at the intersection of brand marketing, social media strategy, and e-commerce performance, responsible for orchestrating campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee Live, and Instagram while ensuring strong brand positioning and sales performance. The ideal candidate comes from a digital agency, social media agency, or consumer brand background, with a strong understanding of how to translate brand storytelling into measurable commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall social commerce strategy for the brand across Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and other social platforms
Translate brand positioning into content strategy, livestream concepts, and campaign executions
Ensure brand consistency across livestream, affiliate marketing, and social media content
Plan and execute social media campaigns,
