Key Responsibilities:
Target Achiever: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Business Development: Proactively identify, scout, and develop new client/customer prospects.
Relationship Management: Build, educate, and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
End-to-End Sales Operations: Manage the full sales cycle, including conducting field visits, preparing price quotations, and leading contract negotiations.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Associate’s Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Mindset: Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and a high competitive spirit.
Language: Proficiency in English is a significant plus.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and be willing to undertake business travel as required.
