UI/UX Designer with Systems Thinking (E-Learning Focus)
We’re looking for a UI/UX designer with strong graphic design foundations and a solid systems‑thinking mindset to build structured, interactive digital learning experiences.
This is not a slide production role.
You must be comfortable thinking in logic, structure, flow, and interaction design, not just visual layout.
You’ll work with pre‑written scripts and transform them into intuitive, well‑paced, and visually disciplined Storyline modules.
If you enjoy solving structured problems, designing clean interfaces, and building interactive systems, this role is for you.
Core Requirements (non‑negotiable)
Solid graphic design foundation (layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing)
IT background OR proven systems‑thinking ability
Comfort working with structured logic (flows, states, triggers, conditions)
Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
Ability to clearly interpret scripts and technical instructions in English
Strong attention to detail
Calm, methodical approach to complex builds
We are specifically looking for someone who can think in systems, not someone who only executes visuals.
Nice to Have
Build interactive modules using Storyline
Use states, triggers, layers, and variables to support learning logic
Create branching and scenario‑based experiences where appropriate
Implement custom interactions beyond default templates
Package and test SCORM‑compliant courses for LMS delivery
Ensure stable tracking, resume behaviour, and completion logic
Learning & Interaction Design
Experience with Articulate Storyline
Front‑end logic exposure
Experience working in English‑speaking environments
Choose the right interaction for each learning moment
