Fare Load and Pricing Sr. Supervisor

ATI Business Group is seeking a Fare Load and Pricing Team Leader to manage land-related queries, including managing the holding table, and investigating adjustments or error supplements. In this role, you will oversee daily team operations, act as an escalation point for technical issues, and ensure accurate processing of tasks according to established guidelines. This position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and advanced English communication ability.

Your Main Responsibilities

You will manage the team’s daily operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high performance standards. You will supervise and guide the team to foster productivity, collaboration, and service quality.

You will act as the escalation point for team queries, leveraging your knowledge of land product loading processes to provide technical assistance.

You will investigate adjustments, error supplements, address account payable queries, and manage the holding table.

You will carefully follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks, including analysis and write-off reports.

You will ensure all work is processed according to team standards and report any issues or system limitations to your supervisor.

You will act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding team-related queries.

You will support the Client Operation Manager during client calls, providing technical insights and assistance.

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferably GDS Experience

Proven experience leading teams of minimum 5 or more members.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both internal teams and client expectations.

Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client requirements.

Intermediate proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
