Technical Sales (Operations)

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (S1)

in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

in O&M services, facility management, or technical service sales.

Preferred experience in

MEP systems, HVAC, or industrial equipment maintenance .

Strong

communication, technical analysis, and client relationship management

skills.

Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings.

Placement: HO (Jakarta)

Job Description Identify and secure Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) contracts, manage O&M renewals, and promote spare parts and consumables packages.

Conduct site surveys, develop Scope of Work (SOW), define SLAs, and collaborate with operations to prepare cost estimations and maintenance proposals.

Participate in tenders for facility management and O&M services, ensuring all technical and commercial documents comply with client specifications.

Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, monitor service quality, and present service performance reports to clients.

Travel to client sites for inspections, meetings, and coordination, and assist in handling emergency maintenance responses when required.
