Bachelor's Degree in any major Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management/Brand/Marketing/Innovation Product in FMCG / Beauty Industries In-depth understanding of the beauty and personal care industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape Knowledge about skincare products and active ingredients Strong communication, negotiation skills, and attention to details Deep understanding of product planning, implementation, research and development Having the ability to innovate and think creatively in product development Responsibilities

Analyze skincare and makeup trends to identify opportunities for new products Conduct surveys and gather consumer feedback to understand preferences Collaborate with the R&D team to develop formulations and packaging that meet consumer needs Oversee product development from concept to launch, including product testing Work with the Marketing team to plan strategies and promotional campaigns Collaborate with the Sales team to align sales strategies with goals Manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery and meet expectations Analyze product performance metrics such as sales and consumer satisfaction Recommend product improvements and marketing strategies Why Scarlett Indonesia?
