Role Overview
Our client is seeking a
Head of Incentive Management
to design and manage performance-based incentive frameworks that drive growth across broadband and connectivity channels. This role will focus on aligning commercial incentives with business targets across sales, distribution, and partner ecosystems within the
ISP and broadband business environment .
The ideal candidate brings deep experience from the
Internet Service Provider (ISP) or fixed broadband sector , with a strong understanding of
channel performance, sales incentive design, and commercial strategy
in the connectivity market.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement
sales and channel incentive frameworks
aligned with broadband growth and revenue targets.
Develop incentive structures that support
fiber broadband, fixed internet, and connectivity product sales
across multiple channels.
Monitor performance of incentive programs and continuously optimize schemes to maximize sales productivity and partner engagement.
Work closely with commercial, sales, finance, and analytics teams to ensure incentive models drive measurable business outcomes.
Analyze sales performance and channel productivity using data-driven insights to refine compensation strategies.
Lead the governance and operational execution of incentive programs to ensure transparency, accuracy, and alignment with company policies.
Collaborate with partner ecosystems (agents, distributors, and channel partners) to drive adoption and performance of incentive schemes.
Candidate Profile
We are prioritizing candidates with
direct experience in the ISP or broadband market .
Ideal candidates will have:
10+ years of experience
in incentive management, commercial strategy, or channel performance management.
Strong exposure to
Internet Service Provider (ISP), fiber broadband, or fixed connectivity businesses .
Experience designing and managing
sales incentives, commissions, or partner compensation models .
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive commercial decision-making.
Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Background
Candidates are highly preferred if they come from:
Internet Service Providers (ISP)
Fiber broadband operators
Fixed connectivity providers
Telecommunications companies with
strong broadband / FTTH businesses
