Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Samsung SDS Global SCL Indonesia. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our state-of-the-art warehousing facility in Kosambi Banten. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth delivery of our logistics services to our valued customers. What you'll be doing

Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and staff supervision Develop and implement strategies to optimise warehouse productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards Monitor and analyse warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse activities with other logistics operations Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems and processes Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations What we're looking for

Minimum 10 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and stock control Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and data analysis tools Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred What we offer
