Job Description The Corporate Planning Analyst will be responsible for identifying and monitoring the implementation of the company's business activities to ensure that all business strategies are executed optimally in accordance with planned targets.

Responsibilities include:

Plan:

Gather data from all business units.

Do:

(a) Ensure alignment between management strategy and business units; (b) Identify, compile reports, and analyze company business data activities for management evaluation; (c) Ensure data or information processed into reports for management are correct and accurate.

Check:

Prepare monthly reviews with each business unit to plan activities to achieve company targets.

Act:

Ensure the implementation of planned activities and provide suggestions for corrections to achieve optimal targets.

Minimum Qualifications Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.

Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial services industries or consulting firms, with expertise in corporate planning considered advantageous.

Maximum of 9 years of work experience.

Proficiency in English (passive & active).

Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in the financial services industry, especially in general insurance.

Excellent skills in: (a) data analysis, financial modeling, and deriving actionable insights from complex data; (b) using relevant planning and analysis tools; (c) industry-standard software and technologies; (d) adapting to changing business environments and priorities.

Strong communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) to present complex information to BOD level.

Experience in leading or collaborating with cross-functional teams/projects.
