Job Description

Drive sales growth and market penetration for starch and derivative products within Indonesia.

Conduct ground‑breaking commercial efforts to open new markets, build pipelines, and convert new accounts.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with F&B manufacturers and industry stakeholders.

Introduce and promote product portfolios to new and existing customers.

Independently manage the full sales cycle with minimal supervision.

Provide regular business updates, market insights, and sales reports to the regional team.

Identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and ensure sustainable business growth.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 7 years of experience in sales within the food ingredients or related industry.

Strong technical and commercial understanding of starch and its derivatives (e.g., modified starch, sweeteners, texturizers).

Established professional network within the F&B sector (dairy, beverages, bakery, snacks, processed foods, etc.).

Proven track record of opening markets, acquiring new accounts, and driving sales growth.

Highly independent, self‑motivated, and trustworthy.

Comfortable working with minimal supervision and confident in managing field activities.

Strong communication and reporting skills; able to work closely with a regional (APAC/Global) team.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage.
