Operations Assistant

to support our growing team, streamline our workflows, and help us build a more efficient, scalable business. Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day tasks and projects Use and manage

ClickUp

to track progress, prioritize tasks, and support cross-functional teams Support administrative and operational needs, including data entry, vendor coordination, scheduling, and internal documentation Manage and maintain key operational documents, trackers, and reports using Google Sheets (advanced knowledge required) Assist in developing and refining internal processes for better efficiency and performance (Bonus) Help manage or troubleshoot basic aspects of

payment gateways

or other financial systems ✅ We are looking for: Strong proficiency in

Google Sheets

(you know how to build formulas, dashboards, and manage large data sets) Familiarity with

ClickUp

or other project management tools Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent at problem-solving Strong written and verbal communication skills Based in

Bali Comfortable working independently Experience with payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) is a
