Job Description

Expected Results – Marketing Manager The selected candidate is expected to deliver:

Improved Brand Awareness & Stronger Market Positioning

The company brand becomes more recognized across the industry through consistent and measurable branding efforts.

Increased Number of Qualified Leads

Significant growth in inbound prospects entering the sales funnel (Ex : X leads per month or X% increase).

Effective Marketing Campaigns with Clear ROI Measurement

Every campaign (digital or event) should include defined KPIs, performance reporting, and optimization insights.

Consistent and Strong Digital Presence

Active and engaging online channels (social media, website, email, etc.) that attract the right audience.

Successful Execution of Corporate Events

Events are conducted professionally and generate results aligned with objectives (branding or sales-driven).

Marketing acts as a strategic partner for Sales, Product, HR, and Management — not merely a task executor.

Develop and implement

company branding strategies

to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.

Contribution of 20% of total revenue must come from the marketing team.

Create and execute

lead generation campaigns

to support the sales pipeline and acquire high-quality prospects.

Manage all

online marketing activities , including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, digital advertising, landing pages, and content marketing.

Plan and organize

offline marketing & corporate events , such as exhibitions, seminars, customer gatherings, sponsorships, and activations.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, HR, Management) to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Prepare and manage the

marketing budget , and evaluate ROI for each campaign.

Analyze marketing performance data to provide insights and strategic recommendations.

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, media partners, KOLs/influencers, and other external stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in

Marketing, Communications, Business Management , or related field.

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience , with at least

2 years in a supervisory or managerial role .

Strong understanding of

branding, digital marketing, and event management .

Familiar with tools such as

Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, email marketing platforms, or marketing automation software .

Excellent communication skills, leadership mindset, creativity, and ability to balance strategy with execution.

Willing to travel for events or business purposes when required.
