Manage a team of editors, and content creators, providing guidance and feedback.

Ensure all content is consistent with the brand’s voice, style, and tone. Develop and maintain brand messaging guidelines and content standards.

Manage the production of original, high quality content across social media, articles, videos, infographics, and other digital formats.

Conduct keyword research to identify trending topics and optimize content for search engines.

Develop and execute a content distribution plan across various channels, including social media.

Collaborate with and oversee the content creator and video editor team to ensure adherence to content guidelines and achieve high-quality output.

Track and evaluate content performance using analytics tools to measure engagement, traffic, and conversions.

Job Requirements

Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in content management, content specialist, or other related positions.

Must have background or exposure to the beauty industry.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proven experience in creating ad content scripts.

Fluent in English, both verbally and in written communication.

Possess strong organizational and project management capabilities, enabling effective management of multiple projects concurrently.

Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to create engaging content.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and consistency.

Adaptable and open to feedback and continuous learning.

Exhibit a personal passion for the beauty industry and in-depth knowledge of beauty trends.

Willing to fully work from the office in South Jakarta.
