Legal Executive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited Indonesian university.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal roles, preferably with a combination of in-house and reputable law firm experience.

Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).

Holding a PERADI license is an advantage.

Detail‑oriented, able to multitask, and possesses strong communication skills.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

The job location will be in Cikarang and Karawang.

Responsibilities

Understand and have experience in managing the basic legal requirements of a business entity, as well as its permits.

Able to prepare and review agreement documents and contracts in English.

Assist in the company’s licensing processes (OSS, NIB, operational permits, and permit renewals).

Coordinate with notaries, government institutions, and third parties.

Ensure that all documents comply with applicable laws and the company’s internal policies.
