Accounting Staff

Ensure good control in Accounting related activities. Support Manager to oversee all functions of accounting including general accounting, costing, planning, reporting, taxation, and internal control of operations. Coordinate with other department and ensure accounting has properly support based on the function. Ensuring the correctness and timeliness of monthly reporting as a month end closing which will be used as a basis for the performance of the Bank. Ensuring transactions and accounting treatment for products are carried out in accordance with applicable accounting regulations. Prepares journal entries as required. Perform document validation of every purchase transaction. Ensure all transactions are accurately and timely recorded to the system. Assist the preparation of daily, monthly, and annual Accounting reports. Perform reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of all transactions. Job Specification

Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Must be honest, active, excellent organizational skill and ability to determine priorities. Familiar with the accounting software system Odoo. Good communication skill, well organized, high motivation, and good analytical thinking. Pleasant personality, tight in follow-up, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure.
