Regional Manager: Sii Indonesia

To meet the growing demands of our clients and support our expanding portfolio of projects, we are seeking a dynamic leader to establish and manage our new subsidiary in Jakarta, Indonesia – a daughter company 100% owned by Sii Poland. Key parts of the role Leadership & management

Build & manage the company according to Sii mission, goals, values

Ensure that the realization of Sii operations is conducted according to the applicable law and internal Sii procedures

Manage all areas of company operations in Indonesia, with the support of Sii Poland: sales, recruitment, service delivery, HR operations, payroll, accounting, marketing, legal…

Effective management of local partners, such as e.g., payroll/accounting services vendor

Assure efficient recruitment process: recruit wise, competent, and nice people with Sii Spirit & who share Sii values

Set SMART quarterly & yearly goals to your team, support team members whenever needed

Plan, organize, and monitor subordinates' work and KPI

Welcome new workers in Sii, make them feel good and integrated

Manage conflicts in your team if they appear

Provide honest feedback and criticism when needed

Proper office management, taking care of the atmosphere, ensuring good impressions of workers and candidates

Implement a specific local recruitment, marketing, employer branding strategy for Sii Indonesia

Support Sii business development by assuring a fast & efficient recruitment process of Indonesian engineers to Sii clients/ projects that need services from Indonesia

Promotion of Sii Indonesia among Sii managers

Selling Sii offering in the Indonesian market:

Build a local prospection list, register new prospects and contacts in our CRM system

Make initial contact and meet prospects and clients to explore their needs

Negotiate contracts according to Sii legal standards

Win deals and open new accounts or increase business with our active accounts

Required skills & experience

Excellent sales, recruitment, and marketing skills

Entrepreneurial and business-oriented approach

Min. 5 years of professional working experience in sales or recruitment

Professional approach to work, honesty, strong sense of responsibility, discipline

Outstanding interpersonal & natural leadership skills

Higher education degree (IT or business degree preferred)

A proven track record of successfully managing a team, department, or company

Experience at work in a multinational environment

Additional Requirements

Readiness to travel to Poland approximately two times per year

Flexibility concerning cooperation with different time zones
