professional to support our retail growth strategy by identifying and securing strategic store locations.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential store locations through market research and site surveys Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis (ROI, rental cost, projections) Negotiate lease terms with landlords and property agents Manage end-to-end acquisition process from site selection to handover Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Project and Operations for smooth store opening

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field 3–5 years experience in retail expansion, leasing, or property acquisition Strong negotiation and analytical skills Target-driven and willing to travel for site visits Full proficiency in English or Mandarin Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang and do business trip across Indonesia
