Job Description:

Initiate and develop digital business opportunities through Digital Partnerships with external partners and product providers.

Source and manage relationships with potential digital partners, including onboarding and ongoing engagement.

Initiate and support new product development in line with regulatory and internal requirements.

Monitor and coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives to ensure effective execution.

Liaise with Credit Division to monitor asset quality for Retail and SME lending portfolios.

Collaborate with internal units to support lending strategy and digital partnership execution.

Define and execute marketing strategies related to digital partner collaborations.

Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Finance/Banking, or Information Systems.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking or Technology-based companies.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Proven capability in developing, maintaining, and enhancing products to meet market demand.

Good understanding of credit segments, banking products, and product development.

Knowledge of credit quality for consumer and MSME loans.

Basic understanding of project management and information technology systems.
