The Successful Applicant
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Extensive knowledge and experience in HR operations within the financial services industry.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Proficiency in managing HR systems and tools.
A deep understanding of local labour laws and regulations in Indonesia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
