Job Description
In this role, you will promote and sell Brady’s comprehensive range of products—including industrial labels, safety signs, and custom printing solutions—to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and effectively communicate the value of our solutions to clients across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales and profitability targets with key and assigned channel partners in Indonesia.
Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to individual partner profiles.
Conduct regular joint business planning sessions to align on objectives, go-to-market strategies, and growth initiatives.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships across all levels of assigned partner's organizations.
Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, pricing structures, and program terms with channel partners.
Monitor and ensure compliance with company pricing, branding, and sales policies.
Strategic Leadership
Act as the primary liaison and subject matter expert for partner accounts, understanding their organizational structure, key stakeholders, and business dynamics.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product management, and customer service to support channel growth and partner enablement.
Drive initiatives to increase brand visibility and market penetration through partners.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Performance Management & Reporting
Track and report on partner performance, sales pipeline, and key metrics.
Deliver business reviews and presentations to senior management highlighting progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Leverage data-driven insights to make informed business decisions and refine strategies.
Others
To support and comply with the Brady Corporation Global Policies, Brady Policy, Quality Policy, Environmental Policy, Safety & Health Policy and other organization policies that are relevant to job functions.
To be responsible, accountable and committed to fulfill the codes and statements prescribed in the policies.

Requisite Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 5 years of experience in sales account management and business development.
Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
Proven ability to generate leads and identify strategic areas for growth.
Self‑motivated and results driven.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
Ability to travel within Indonesia.
Prior experience preparing proposals and delivering customer presentations is preferred.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Good command of English.
Willing to travel if needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling material, identification or printing products.
Knowledge of identification, printing technologies and system integration.
