HRGA Manager

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced HRGA Manager to lead and oversee the Human Resources and General Affairs functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing general affairs operations to support overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals. Lead the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Manage performance appraisal systems, employee engagement initiatives, and talent development programs. Ensure compliance with prevailing labor laws and government regulations. Oversee compensation & benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting. Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally. Supervise general affairs operations, including office administration, facility management, asset control, vendor management, and company licenses/permits. Establish and maintain HR SOPs, employee handbook, and internal policies. Provide strategic HR insights and reports to top management. Lead and develop the HRGA team to ensure operational effectiveness and continuous improvement. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in HR & General Affairs, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of labor law and HR best practices. Possess valid HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, or equivalent). Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure. Available to join as soon as possible (ASAP).
