Building Material Company

that established since 15 years ago and as the

first local producers of Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP)

in Indonesia, that will be in

West Jakarta

work of setting.

Responsibilities: Conduct visits to architects, consultants, business owners, and developers to present product specifications (thickness, coating, fire-retardant features), provide technical clarifications during tender processes, and propose value engineering design alternatives. Ensure company products are specified in working drawings and project specifications (RKS). Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to prepare presentation materials, mock-ups, samples, and supporting documents. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on specified projects with contractors and monitor project progress from planning through on-site execution. Anticipate and prevent product replacement by competitors by maintaining strong specification control and client engagement. Build and expand a project database from various sources (media, tenders, associations, networking, etc.), maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers, and provide regular reports on visits, project potential, and specification status.

Qualifications: Minimal

D3/S1/S2 in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Public Relations; 2–3 years’ experience as a Specifier/Technical Sales in building materials (e.g., ACP, Aluminium, Sandwich Panel, Granite). Analytical thinking, proactive and networking-oriented, strong communication, relationship-building, and persuasive skills; negotiation ability. Technical Skills:

Knowledge of building materials (Aluminium, ACP, Sandwich Panels), ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD/project drawings), and understanding of RKS & BOQ. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and able to communicate effectively in English. Other Requirements:

Must own and be able to drive a car; willing to be placed in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta.
