Social Media Specialist (Internship)

This is a remote internship role

for a Social Media Intern

supporting one of our client brands under

LBC Group (London Bakery) . The intern will assist in managing and optimizing social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok .

The role involves supporting content planning and creation, conducting social media research, and assisting in evaluating content performance. Interns will gain hands‑on experience working on real brand social media management

in the F&B industry.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing Instagram and TikTok

accounts for a client brand

Support content ideation, planning, and basic content execution

Conduct trend research and competitor observation

Assist in evaluating content performance and engagement metrics

Collaborate with the team in developing social media strategies

Allowance:

Communication allowance of IDR 250,000 per month

Internship certificate

Mentorship from the consulting team

Hands-on experience working on a real brand project

Qualifications

Students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields

Interest in social media marketing and content creation

Familiar with Instagram and TikTok trends

Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive

Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus

Willing to learn and collaborate in a remote working environment
