Financial Commitment

Ensure West Region Industrial Margin achieve with high compliance manner.

Ensure BU Indonesia - EBITDA target is achieved

Ensure target of Sales revenue and volume are achieve

Maintain relationships with Distributors

Monitoring all deliveries to distributors and project to be received safely, and correctly in timely manner.

Regular visits, give valued add and keep healthy partnership with Distributors.

Monitor Target vs actual sales progress.

Evaluate issues and problems, focus to find solution.

Monitor and develop retail market within the area

With the team, find and manage new retailers and wholesalers.

Monitor competitors’ activities including price movement and promotions

Maintain existing retailers & wholesalers with their applicators.

Propose necessary promotion programs in the area and coordinate closely with

Marketing and ensuring that the program reaches the end users.

Continuous Improvement & Sustainability

Identify Continuous Improvement opportunity to improve business processes

Responsible for handling, communicating, and overseeing all aspects of the Healthy Safety and Environmental (HSE) activities around manufacturing facility.

Ensure every activity is align and comply with local, state, and government HSE standards.

Requirements

Experience as Area Sales Manager

Meet incentive requirement in 3 out of 4 quarter in 2024

Performance rating at least Meet Expectation for the last 3 years
