About the role We are seeking a talented and experienced

Senior Marketing

professional to join our dynamic team at PT Global Pratama Wijaya. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and brand awareness for our organisation. This role is based in our

North Jakarta office .

What you'll be doing

Develop and elevate the company’s corporate brand through impactful communication and marketing initiatives.

Craft high‑quality content for digital platforms, corporate presentations, press releases, and brand campaigns.

Drive corporate marketing strategies that enhance brand reputation and business visibility.

Manage company website, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to ensure up-to-date and engaging content.

Plan and execute corporate events, CSR programs, and branding activities.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver consistent and effective messaging.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and campaign performance to generate insights and recommendations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.

Proven experience (2–4 years) in corporate marketing, branding, or corporate communications.

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—both written and verbal.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy.

Proficiency with marketing tools such as social media management platforms, CMS, and basic analytics.

Creative, detail‑oriented, and able to turn complex ideas into clear and compelling messages.

Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and strong initiative.
