Sales - Japanese N2

Our client is a leading Japanese-based real estate consulting company looking for a fluent Japanese Sales position. If you're an extrovert and have experiences in working as a Teacher, Tour Guide, or Sales-related role, you're more than welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell leasing services to new and existing customers.

Identify client needs and prepare customized leasing proposals.

Negotiate contracts and terms in line with company policies.

Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Coordinate with internal teams for credit approval and document processing.

Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field; JLPT N2 is a MUST.

Must have minimum 1–3 years of working experience that requires talking with many people / interaction / target oriented (teacher, tour guide, sales, etc).

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Target-oriented, proactive, and able to build strong client relationships.

Fluent in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
