This is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta for a Telemarketing Consultant. The Telemarketing Consultant will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential clients, providing customer support, generating leads, and consulting with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. The role requires proactive communication and the ability to build strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Other responsibilities include maintaining records of interactions, addressing inquiries, and meeting sales or performance targets. Qualifications

Strong skills in Communication and building rapport with a variety of clients. Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on understanding and resolving client concerns. Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying potential clients for business growth. Consulting experience to assess client needs and provide solutions tailored to their requirements. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to achieving collective goals. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other telemarketing tools is preferred.
