Project Operations Site Manager (FINNS Beach Club)

FINNS Beach Club is seeking a Project Operations Site Manager. The Project Operations Site Manager is responsible for overseeing on-site execution of construction and renovation projects. This role ensures that all work is carried out according to approved designs, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Site Manager coordinates contractors, supervises site activities, enforces safety regulations, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations on-site.

Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and schedules. Direct and monitor contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality work. Inspect materials, workmanship, and installations to meet company standards and specifications. Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of all project phases. Address on-site issues, delays, or conflicts promptly and effectively. Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols on-site. Provide daily/weekly progress updates, highlighting risks and corrective actions. Work closely with the QS, Procurement Staff, and Drafter to align on project requirements. Assist in tracking site-related costs and reporting variances to the QS.

Qualifications Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Previous experience in site management for construction or renovation projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple contractors and tasks simultaneously. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and site management tools.
