Maintenance Manager

Strategy & Planning:

Develop maintenance strategies, predictive/preventive schedules

Team Leadership:

Guide maintenance technicians, manage performance, and foster a strong safety culture.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency (OEE).

Budget & Inventory:

Control maintenance budgets, manage spare parts, and handle procurement.

Project Management:

Coordinate new equipment installations, commissioning, and improvement projects.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate equipment histories and procedures.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor's of Engineering

Experience as Mechanical/Electrical/Maintenance Planner at least 5 years in Manufacturing Industry

Familiar with TMP/Lean and OEE

Strong analytical, troubleshooting and coordination skills

Proficient in using RMMS (Road Maintenance Management System) and ERP tools is a plus

Willing to be placed at Cikampek
