Product Architect / Product Manager Based in Indonesia, this high-impact role ideal for a systems‑thinker who excels at rapidly acquiring deep domain knowledge and translating complex enterprise workflows into scalable product architectures. You will leverage AI tools to maximize productivity—rapidly generating product requirement documents (PRDs), system workflows, and highly realistic, data‑driven wireframes. You will work closely with engineering, AI, and business teams to architect and deliver foundational product structures deployed across multiple industries and Tier‑1 enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Product Architecture & Strategy

Quickly acquire deep domain knowledge across target industries (accounting, finance, trading, manufacturing, etc.) to design products specifically tailored for enterprise users. Define product structures and architect reusable workflow components that can scale horizontally across different industries. Translate complex operational, data, and compliance requirements into logical, scalable product architectures. AI-Powered Product Planning & Prototyping

Leverage AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, AI‑driven design tools) to maximize productivity in generating structured product documentation, PRDs, and user stories. Rapidly create mockups and wireframes populated with realistic, simulated data to test and validate enterprise use cases quickly. Streamline the product planning lifecycle by integrating AI‑assisted research and drafting into your daily workflow. Engage directly with enterprise clients to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and operational bottlenecks. Act as a trusted product consultant, translating customer feedback into actionable product features and architectural improvements. Support pilot projects, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and full‑scale production deployments. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

Collaborate closely with engineering, AI, and business stakeholders, acting as the bridge between technical feasibility and enterprise business goals. Participate in product specification, QA testing, and rapid iteration cycles to ensure high-quality delivery. Requirements

Experience: 3–5+ years in Product Management, Product Architecture, or enterprise‑grade Product Planning. Domain Agility: Proven track record of quickly learning and mastering complex, industry‑specific domains and translating them into enterprise software solutions. AI & Productivity Tools: High proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate product planning. Ability to rapidly generate structured documents and data-rich wireframes using tools like Figma, alongside AI generation tools. Product Thinking: Strong systems‑thinking capability with a deep understanding of enterprise Product, B2B platforms, and workflow‑driven architecture. Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex product architectures clearly to both engineering teams and enterprise clients. Problem Solving: Structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
