We are looking for a commercially driven, relationship-savvy Ecosystems Partnerships Manager to lead the acquisition and management of key partners across the financial services ecosystem.
You will be driving our indirect go-to-market strategy—identifying, securing, and enabling strategic alliances with fintechs, technology providers, system integrators, and consultancies that serve our target market.
This is a high-impact role where you'll own the full partnership lifecycle and directly influence revenue growth with the opportunity to shape partnership strategy as we scale.
Roles & Responsibility
Identify, approach, and secure new strategic partners across financial services, fintech, consulting firms and technology ecosystems
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified partners aligned with company growth objectives
Develop partnership value propositions and commercial models tailored to different partner types
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of partnerships, from onboarding through ongoing relationship management
Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling activities, and revenue-generating opportunities
Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment across commercial, product, and operational areas
Collaborate closely with Sales to support partner-influenced and partner-sourced deals
Enable partners with the knowledge, materials, and training needed to position Banfico’s solutions effectively
Track, report, and optimize partner performance against defined KPIs and revenue targets
Work with Marketing on joint campaigns, events, webinars, and ecosystem visibility initiatives
Provide structured market and partner feedback to Product and Leadership teams
Support the development of integration, referral, reseller, or technology alliance models where relevant
Required skills & experience
10+ years of experience in partnerships in the SaaS industry, ideally within fintech
Proven ability to build relationships and manage external stakeholders independently
Commercial mindset with experience contributing to revenue targets and growth KPIs
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including with senior stakeholders
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable owning a function in a fast-growing, remote-based, environment
Proficiency in European languages is highly desirable
Willingness to travel within Europe for conferences, workshops, internal events and client visits
