Key Responsibilities & Tasks The TEM is a generalist working with Partners, PBMs and Partner Digital Acceleration Managers. The TEM is responsible for revenue and opportunities in partner‑driven accounts below a specific turnover threshold defined in the GTM for the MU/Region. The objective is to coach partner sales teams on building a productive pipeline and maximizing revenue via active engagements on selected opportunities. The TEM is also responsible for forecasting in the territory.

Main Responsibilities

Achieve revenue and booking targets via partners operating in the territory, leveraging digital hub services.

Align with PBMs on Sales Planning & Partner Business Planning for the territory covered.

Create, monitor and review revenue generation activities; establish innovative approaches to generate business via assigned partners and ensure partners execute accordingly.

Oversee KPI achievement.

Support partner sales reps in interactions with prospects to position value of solutions, supported by ROI, business case development, references, and analyst data; coordinate with Partner Digital Acceleration Manager as needed.

Drive high conversion from pipeline to deal closure, shorten sales cycle, and improve win rate; remain expert on competition within the territory.

Support deal closure with SAP executive presence when requested by the partner.

Enable partners to drive business autonomously using: (a) demand‑generation plans; (b) resource utilization plans that give partners full access to SAP resources, tools, and methodologies.

Focus on volume segment and align with Partner Business Managers.

Monitor appropriate use of SAP resources and assets (e.g., presales).

Guide sales progress reporting, identify deviations, and engage in measures to deliver agreed goals with PBM.

Experience & Educational Requirements

Profound knowledge in one or several SaaS solution areas, especially S/4 Public Cloud.

10+ years’ experience in sales (Territory/Channel Sales).

Proven sales track record.

Experience in multi‑channel go‑to‑market models.

Understanding of solution‑selling principles with Partners.

Industry expertise.

Ability to create and deliver strategic plans.

Business‑level English – fluent.

Business‑level local language – fluent.

Experience in SME/Volume territory business.

Local market knowledge and understanding.

Education

Bachelor or Master’s degree.
