Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements, including BPJS, insurance, and other mandatory programs
Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and Master Data, ensuring data integrity across all HR systems
Support payroll processing by preparing and validating monthly payroll data (new employee, termination, allowances, deductions, etc.)
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and update SOPs or workflows within People Operations
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative processes
Collaborate with internal teams including Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and L&D to ensure smooth People Operations processes
Coordinate and support office renovation and facilities projects, including vendor management, timeline monitoring, and ensuring compliance with safety and budget standards
Assist with space planning, office setup, and facilities needs to support team expansion and workplace improvements
Handle internal communication related to HR updates, including announcements, policy changes, event information, and company-wide notifications
Manage employee benefit programs, including administration, updates, communication, and coordination with multiple benefit providers
Manage employee insurance processes, including enrollment, changes, claims, vendor coordination, utilization monitoring, data maintenance, and policy renewal support.
Coordinate lease and rental arrangements with building management
Manage business trip arrangements, including ticketing, accommodation, documentation, and vendor coordination
Manage HR & GA budgets, including cost monitoring and forecasting.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, specifically coordinating lease and rental matters with building management
Manage internal event
Requirements
Person We Are Looking For
Min 2-3 years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Administration roles
Experience in General Affairs functions such as asset management, business trip arrangement, vendor coordination, or facility support
Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory requirements (BPJS, insurance, etc)
Experience managing employee benefit programs and handling insurance processes is a strong advantage
Proficient in HRIS, employee master data management, and reporting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Good stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills
Strong communication skills for handling internal communication and employee inquiries
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive process improvements
Experience in tech company is a plus
