Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales & marketing strategies for B2G and B2B 3W segments.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles including tender participation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government institutions, fleet customers, distributors, and key partners.
Identify new market opportunities and drive sustainable business expansion.
Manage revenue targets, sales forecasting, and performance monitoring.
Lead, coach, and develop the Sales & Marketing team to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Production, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless project execution.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strengthen commercial positioning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering, Business, Marketing , or related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing w ithin automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors .
Proven experience handling
B2G projects and B2B automotive/3W markets
is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of tender processes and government procurement regulations.
Demonstrated leadership experience with solid track record in achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven and analytical mindset .
Fluent in
English
(spoken & written);
Mandarin
proficiency will be a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
