Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics from a reputable university.
At least 4 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in Treasury and preferably experience in Project Finance & Loan Management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel formulas – mandatory.
Experience using SAP is a plus.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken – mandatory (Korean speaker is a plus).
Willing to be placed in the SCBD area, South Jakarta.
Responsibilities
Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly expense and financial reports, including reports to Bank Indonesia (KPPK & ULN), expenditure analysis reports, fiduciary reports, corporate foreign debt reports, cost estimation and budget monitoring reports.
Manage SAP modules: vendor registration, period‑end closing reports, bank reconciliation, cash balance declarations, and ensure completion for settlement.
Collect, check and manage payment requests, verify invoices and due dates, arrange payment schedules, prepare bank transactions, payment advices and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
Prepare all internal and banking transaction requirements and verify transaction accuracy to maintain cash balance integrity.
Control and ensure financial activities are accurate and compliant with internal policies, loan agreements, audit requirements and applicable regulations.
Verify site petty cash reports and conduct expense analysis, providing feedback for better management.
Coordinate with related departments and manage invoicing and accounts receivable to ensure accurate, timely processing and solve issues as they arise.
Assist in identifying and mitigating financial risks (interest, currency).
Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation and records (softcopy and hardcopy).
Prepare and review financial‑related contracts, agreements and powers of attorney to ensure accuracy and validity.
Coordinate with Site and Jakarta Management and Finance Team to support smooth financial operations.
Support data for financial strategies and other finance and operation‑related ad‑hoc tasks.
