Job Description

1. Manage and oversee daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy and reliability of the records and data. 2. Prepare, review, and analyze all accounting and tax records as well as reports. 3. Ensure accounting and tax reporting accuracy and compliance with standards operation, policy, and regulations. 4. Monitor and improve accounting systems and procedures to ensure compliance, implementing corrective actions as needed. 5. Support internal and external audit processes by providing required data and documentation. 6. Lead and develop the development of accounting team to ensure their competencies are aligned with company standards.

Requirements

1. Bachelorโ€™s degree (S1) in Account ing, or related field 2. Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with minimum 2 years in managerial level 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Systems 4. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and budgeting 5. Experience in the property industry is an advantage 6. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and well organized 7. High integrity and professionalism 8. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
